Danielle Buckman was selected as the new principal of Windsor High School (WHS) for the 2023-24 school year. She became the principal for SoCOVA for the 2026-27 school year, as the program was being rolled into Windsor High School. Danielle spent six years as a math teacher at Windsor High School. She served as the District’s Math Teacher on Special Assignment for two years, helping staff members implement new math standards and assisting students. Before becoming WHS’s Principal, she served as Assistant Principal at WHS for the 2022-2023 school year. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in math, and she holds a single subject credential in math. She also has a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on Teaching and Learning and Instructional Leadership and Amins
Danielle is passionate about education and looks forward to supporting the BPL community and continuing to make WHS the best possible experience for all students, parents and community. Her goal is that every student feels seen, valued and knows they can be successful at Windsor High School. Students are welcomed and encouraged to stop by her office and say hi.
Nadine has been working in Windsor since 2015. She moved to California in 2006 to begin a life here, but she began her teaching career back in the 1900's in a small town in North Carolina. Nadine is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and is a diehard Tarheel. She is a teacher of Math, English and Spanish. When she is not working, Nadine enjoys going to the beach, camping, and spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and her Whippet, Birdie.
Nora Luna is the friendly face that greets you in the office, the kind voice that answers the phone and the real boss at SoCoVA. She is your go to contact for any and all needs assistance or information. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.
